In a news career spanning two decades, Emma has covered major breaking stories from riots to air crashes and the Ipswich murders. Fourteen years as a national television news correspondent has also meant interviewing everyone from prime ministers to Hollywood stars… but also getting the best out of those who are thrust into the media spotlight for the first time. It all puts her in the perfect position to train people to feel confident with journalists and at the same time means she understands exactly what makes great video.

Emma works alongside experienced lighting cameraman Jamie Niblock, who's been in the business close to 20 years. Jamie’s just as comfortable shooting and editing a national breaking story for the BBC or Sky News as he is creating corporate films, TV commercials and music videos. His notable work includes producing a film for Unicef, which was screened at the opening of the 2012 Paralympic Games.
Steve Kelly, Producer / Cameraman
Steve Kelly has been working in broadcasting for nearly 30 years in genres ranging from news to drama. His career has taken him around the world including covering wars as a cameraman in the Balkans and Middle East for Sky News and working as producer in motorsport across five continents. Steve is also a skilled picture editor.

SP Films started by doing live broadcast from war zones around the world. The company is now one of the most experienced and best-qualified drone operators in the UK, working on everything from the Rio Olympics to the relaunch of Top Gear.
